Beautiful moments from USTH’s 10-year Anniversary

On December 9, 2019, the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH), also called Vietnam – France University, solemnly held its 10-year Anniversary.

The ceremony was attended by Prof. Nguyen Thien Nhan, Politburo member and Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Mr. Vu Duc Dam, Deputy Prime Minister; Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, Deputy Minister of Education and Training; Mr. Nicolas Warnery, the French Ambassador to Vietnam; Prof. Acad. Chau Van Minh, President of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, the governing body of USTH; Mrs. Isis Jaraud – Darnault, Representative of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs; Prof. Bernard Legube, President of the Consortium of French universities and research organization for the development of USTH (USTH Consortium); Mr. Francois de Bortoli, Director of International Cooperation at Airbus; Mr. Pham Ngoc Minh, Chairman of the Management Board of Vietnam Airlines Corporation; also, the representatives of research institutes, domestic and overseas enterprises as well as all generations of the University’s leaders, staff, lecturers and students.

The ceremony is a meaningful occasion for the delegates, distinguished guests and the generations of USTH’s leaders, staff, lecturers and students to look back on the first 10-year journey of the University, also to unite for USTH’s sustainable development with brilliant achievements in the future. This is also an opportunity for the University to show our deep gratitude for the agencies, organizations and individuals that had big contributions and strong support to help develop USTH today.
