• Kết hợp các phương pháp phân tích Hoá học và các xử lý số liệu thống kê trong Hoá học (Chemometrics) trong phân tích thật giả và truy xuất nguồn gốc các sản phẩm nông nghiệp
• Tác động giữa giống gạo và khu vực nuôi cấy đến chất lượng của gạo dựa trên các nghiên cứu omics
• Quá trình tiến hoá và phát sinh loài của loài ve sầu (Hemiptera: Cicadidae) dựa trên nghiên cứu về phả hệ học (Phylogenomics) kết hợp với các đặc điểm hình thái (Morphometrics)
