On March 21, 2025, lecturers and students from the Food Science and Technology (FST) program at the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) participated in a field trip to the Nutifood dairy factory, one of the leading companies in the nutrition and food industry in Vietnam, located in Hung Yen Province. This activity aimed to help students connect theoretical knowledge with real-world production practices, while also providing opportunities for networking and engagement with industry partners.

The USTH delegation was warmly welcomed by Mr. Le Van Huy, Factory Director; Mr. Bui Dang Dat, Head of Quality Management; and the company’s HR representative. Representing USTH were Dr. Pham Hoang Nam, Head of the Food Science and Technology Department; Dr. Nguyen Thi Minh Huyen, lecturer of the FST program; MSc. In addition, students had the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session with company representatives, clarify questions related to their field, and tour the production facilities at Nutifood. At the end of the visit, the group also experienced a variety of the company’s products, including jelly and packaged fresh milk.
