“Dear Assoc.Prof. Dinh Thi Mai Thanh, Rector of University of Science and Technology of Hanoi,
On behalf of the USTH Consortium, I would like to express my gratitude to USTH staff, lecturers and students for gifting face masks to the Consortium, with the help of the Vietnam and France Embassies.
The representatives of USTH Consortium have received the face masks at the gifting ceremony in Paris, organized by the Vietnamese Embassy in France. Following the ceremony, we have handed over the face masks to the representatives of 7 university members of the Consortium located in Paris and in the areas of Paris. Under the current circumstances that Ile de France is the most affected region by the Covid-19 pandemic in France, we have considered and decided on this method of handing over the gift.
Best regards./.
