The Association of Southeast Asian Institutions of Higher Learning (ASAIHL) was established in 1956 during a meeting between the leaders of 8 prominent universities in Southeast Asia in Bangkok as a non-governmental organization. The Association’s goal is to support universities in self-development and to achieve international standards in teaching, research, and public services. ASAIHL has 245 member institutions from 25 countries.
2023 marks the first year that the ASAIHL conference takes place in Vietnam. As a member of ASAIHL, USTH is honored to host this meaningful event.
This year’s ASAIHL conference theme is “International Cooperation Towards Excellence in Training and Research.” The event will take place over three days, from December 7th to 9th, 2023.
The conference, with its engaging sharing and discussion sessions, promises to be an opportunity for member institutions to meet, exchange ideas, and learn from each other’s achievements, initiatives, and experiences in international cooperation activities to enhance the quality of education and research.
