USTH researchers always try to publish their research results in prestigious national and international scientific journals. As can be seen in the graph below, the number of SCIE articles produced by USTH-ers increased sharply from 2018 to 2022. In period 2023-2025, the number of SCIE articles had a steady rise to 115 articles in 2025. In 2025, the average international publishing capacity of USTH reach 1.2 publications/1 lecturer. The university has many papers published in prestigious journals such as Journal of American Chemical Society, Phytomedicine, Plant Journal, Nature Communications, Scientific Reports… For domestic journals (e.g. journals in VAST1 and VAST2 list), the number of articles from USTH also remains at a good level, around 10-12 papers each year.
