The very first Vietnam School of Earth Observation (VSEO) is going to be held at International Centre for Interdisciplinary Science and Education in Quy Nhon from August 26-31, 2018.
It is co-organised by Rencontres du Vietnam organisation and the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi – USTH.
The program will focus on recent advances in atmospheric remote sensing in order to tackle current serious environmental problems such as climate change and air quality.
Lectures of the school will be delivered by experts in the field of remote sensing from leading institutes in France such as CNES, CNRS, Paris Observatory, Paris Diderot, Paris-Est Creteil and Montpellier Universities. These are partners of USTH in Space and Applied training and research in the field of Space and Aeronautics.
Participants, who are young researchers, will be provided with opportunities to meet and exchange ideas and discuss new research topics with specialists and other attendees.
