On May 24, 2023, USTH had the pleasure of welcoming the working delegation from the USTH Consortium. This visit served as an invaluable opportunity for the delegation to gain firsthand updates on our latest training and research endeavors. It also provided us with the chance to strengthen our collaborative ties and foster development between USTH and the members of the USTH Consortium.
Established in 2010, the USTH Consortium comprises over 30 French universities and research institutions. Their unwavering commitment has been to support USTH in its pursuit of excellence in education and research. Together, we aim to create an ideal academic environment that nurtures the passions of Vietnamese students in the fields of science and technology.
The working delegation, consisting of six representatives from various French universities and research institutes within the USTH Consortium, engaged in fruitful discussions on several pivotal topics. These discussions focused on intensifying cooperation in bachelor’s and master’s double degree programs, exchange programs for students and lecturers as well as fostering research collaborations between USTH and the members of the USTH Consortium.
Following the productive working session, the delegation took a campus tour to visit the facilities of USTH including classrooms, laboratories for practical and research purposes, smart classrooms, studios, and a garage. The delegation expressed their delight in witnessing the modern training and research environment that USTH has invested in extensively to meet the increasing scale of training.
