For the first time, USTH has cooperated with Space Generation Advisory Council, and Vietnam National Space Center (VNSC) to organize Space Generation [Vietnam] – SG [Vietnam] workshop.
The workshop aims to bring together students and young professionals aged 18-35 to discuss issues relevant to the developing space region.
Some outstanding discussed topics in the workshop is:
-Small Satellites & Vietnamese University opportunities
-Opportunities for Space in Vietnam
-Earth Observation Dât for Benefits in Vietnam
Time: 1 pm – 5 pm on May 8, 2018
Venue: Room 502, University of Science and Technology, 18 Hoang Quoc Viet, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
The workshop is expected to see the participation of experts from VNSC; U.S Department of State; Secure World Foundation; space technology companies such as IMSG, and Planet; satellite developing companies such as Nano racks, and AGI, etc.
The Space Generation Advisory Council is a non-profit organization operating under the auspices of the United Nations to promote the benefits of space exploration, technology, and science, as well as to inspire students and young professionals to become part of the space sector.
