The Opening Ceremony Year 2017 – 2018 of the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi takes place on Tuesday 26th September 2017. This is an important event in which the university’s Rector, all lecturers and other V.I.P guests welcome new students to start their journey with the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi.
