On Thursday, November 10th 2016, USTH organized “OPENING CEREMONY” for the academic year 2016 – 2017. The ceremony began by the musical performances by students from the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) and the choir “HOPE”.
Then, “the Opening Ceremony” was officially started by Vietnamese and French anthems by USTH students and the choir “HOPE”
Prof. Le Tran Binh, Vice Rector of USTH gave the opening speech welcoming all the very important guests from Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST); Embassy of France in Vietnam, Embassy of Timor-Leste in Vietnam; The representatives for Embassy of Mozambique in Vietnam; the representative for different high schools and secondary schools in Hanoi; the representative for companies – USTH partners; the USTH students and their parents.
Prof. Patrick Boiron, Rector of USTH gave speech and introduced the new Vice- Rectors: Assoc.Prof. Dinh Thi Mai Thanh and Assoc.Prof. Ngo Duc Thanh.
