University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) is delighted to announce that the Opening Ceremony for the Academic Year 2021-2022 will take place on October 27, 2021, with the details below:
Time: 14:00-16:00, Wednesday, October 27, 2021
Venue: Meeting Room 4th Floor, A21 Building, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology
The Ceremony will be held in a hybrid format with a small group of attendees participating at the venue. The new students of Gen 12 will join the ceremony virtually via the Zoom Platform.
The event will welcome the participation of the representatives from the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology- the governance body of USTH, the Embassy of France in Vietnam, the USTH Consortium, the invited guests from partners, USTH staff, lecturers, and all new students of Gen 12 intake.
The Opening Ceremony is a special and meaningful occasion that not only marks an important turning point in the academic journey of the new students but also provides an opportunity for USTH lecturers, staff, and students to look back on the accomplishment over the last academic year, and set new goals for the coming academic year 2021-2022. Besides, at the Ceremony, USTH will commend and award scholarships for current and new students with excellent academic results.
USTH hopes that the Opening Ceremony will spread the welcoming atmosphere and positive energy to the new students, encouraging them to overcome any difficulties and confidently start the new chapter of their lives at USTH in the context that they still have to study online due to Covid-19.
