Newbie Festival is an annual event organised by the Student Association of USTH, which aims to help new students to get involved instantly with the dynamic learning environment and a wide range of extra-curricular activities at USTH.The theme of Newbie Festival this year is “Be More, Be Extra”, promising to bring together extraordinary performances and sharing sessions from the Student Association and more than 10 student clubs.

Tentative agenda:
- Showcase stage with unique interactive performances well-prepared by current USTH students.
- Club fair, where 10 university clubs will set up stalls to consult and provide information about diverse club activities during the year. The clubs cover a plenty of fields including: music, psychology, environment, volunteering, sports, etc.
