1. Introduction
University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) is an International standard public university in Vietnam established in 2009 under the Intergovernmental Agreement between Vietnam and France. It has received strong support from Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST), the French Government, and a Consortium of more than 40 French universities and research organizations.
The training programs of USTH have been accredited by HCERES (The High Council for Evaluation of Research and Higher Education in France). The official teaching language is English. USTH focuses on promoting high quality training programs in parallel with research activities and strong connections with enterprises.
2. Scope of Work
USTH is seeking lecturers for the Pharmacy programs with main responsibilities as follows:
– Teaching assigned courses in the Pharmacy for the Bachelor and Master program;
– Participating in the development of training plans, contents and programs;
– Participating in grading and evaluating projects and graduation theses;
– Participating in compiling training curriculum;
– Participating in the activities of the Department and the University to develop professional skills;
– Participating in the activities of the Department and the University to develop professional skills;
– Carrying out scientific research;
– Consulting and guiding students to do scientific research and graduate thesis;
– Performing other tasks as assigned by the Department’s directors and the Rector Board.
3. Qualifications, skill and experience requirements
– Must holding a PhD in Pharmacy or related fields;
– Having a Pharmacist Degree is a huge advantage;
– English level: B2, IELTS 6.0 or equivalent or higher;
– Having experience in teaching in English in Universities;
– Having papers published in prestigious domestic and international scientific journals and experience in working in an international educational environment is an advantage;
