The ceremony will feature the attendance of Mr. Stanislas Guerini, Minister of Transformation and Public Services, France; Representatives of High Council for Evaluation of Research and Higher Education, France (HCERES); Prof. Acad. Chau Van Minh, President of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, along with the university’s leaders, lecturers, staff, and students.
HCERES is an official member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) and adheres to the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance (ESG) in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). Besides evaluating and accrediting French educational and research institutions, HCERES also conducts international assessments and accreditations for foreign universities, French educational organizations abroad, and international joint research units.
The comprehensive evaluation according to international standards is particularly significant for USTH in its rapid development in training and research. Being institutionally accredited by HCERES, a leading and prestigious accreditation organization in France and Europe, for a five-year period from 2023 to 2028, marks a major milestone in USTH’s 14-year journey of establishment and development. This achievement also affirms and assures the quality of USTH’s education and research to the international academic community.
