It will be answered in the presentation of Dr. Nguyen Dac Da with the topic: “Observed global increase in tropical cyclone-induced ocean cooling and primary production”
Vietnam is one of the countries with the most abundant and diverse agricultural resources. However, poor harvesting strategy and preservation technologies result in a decline in their value. Dr. Pham Hoang Nam will discuss about several potential applications of food science and technology at USTH in improving the quality and the value of some products from Vietnamese agricultural resources.
