A meeting between USTH and Hanoi Open University (HOU) is held at HOU in the morning of October 29, with an aim of sharing experience in the development of e-learning program and software. The visiting USTH delegation, led by Rector, Prof. Patrick Boiron, also consisting of Vice Rector, Prof. Lê Trần Bình, Director of Administration Gérard Gasquet and representatives from various training departments, is warmly welcome by Dr. Trương Tiến Tùng, HOU Vice President; Dr. Trần Thị Lan Thu, Director of E-learning Training Center; M.A Đinh Tuấn Long, Deputy Director of E-learning Training Center; Dr. Dương Thăng Long, Dean of IT Department; Assoc. Dr Trần Hữu Táng, Head of Science Research and International Co-operation Department; M.A. Lại Minh Tấn, Director of IT Center; and M.A. Trần Tiến Dũng, Deputy director of IT Center. At the meeting, the two institutions exchange opinions and methods of co-operation and mutual support for future development, especially in the field of e-learning training.
