Workshop on Aviation Training and Human Resources Demand in Vietnam will be held at University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) on May 23rd, 2023 to bring together students, lecturers, aviation training institutions, and businesses in terms of training, internships and job opportunities. It also provides an interdisciplinary forum for training institutions and employers to share about training activities and the current job market.

- Human resources demand for operation and aircraft maintenance personnel in airlines operators and aviation companies in Vietnam in coming years.
- Current status of training programs on aircraft operation and maintenance held at Universities, Academies and Training centers in Vietnam.
- Challenges and Solution to further improve aviation training quality to meet requirements of employers.

- Connect students, faculty, aviation training organizations and businesses for training, internship and job opportunities.
- For aviation training organizations and companies to share about training activities and the current job market.
