Research interests
I aim to develop a translational research program in the field of immunology, focusing on immune regulatory mechanisms in cancer and immune-related disorders. My research seeks to clarify the interplay between immune responses and the tissue microenvironment in order to optimize therapeutic efficacy. The core focus includes the development and evaluation of novel therapeutic strategies such as immunomodulatory peptides, nano-delivery systems, as well as biological therapies and gene-based approaches, integrated with advanced preclinical platforms that closely model human disease biology. On this basis, I aspire to build a translational research ecosystem that integrates preclinical data with immune biomarkers and pharmacokinetic–pharmacodynamic parameters in clinical settings. In parallel, I am interested in extending these approaches to dermatological diseases with underlying immune dysregulation. My long-term goal is to strengthen the connection between basic research and clinical pharmacology, contributing to the development of strong immunology research capacity and precision medicine in Vietnam.
