Research interests
- Plant metabolomics: Small molecule extraction, isolation and derivatization, chromatographic separation, detection by mass spectrometry and use algorithms in R to facilitate mining complex data.
- Natural product-based drug discovery: extraction, isolation of natural compounds, followed by in-vitro, in-vivo bioassays.
