1. Temporary Certificate of Graduation
After being approved by the Graduation Jury, students can apply for a Temporary Certificate of Graduation. The Temporary Certificate of Graduation is valid for the duration of waiting for issuance of official diploma. Students can apply for Temporary Certificate of Graduation by sending email to: email@example.com

Diplomas will be handed to diploma holders by the Department of Academic Affairs. Notice and instructions on receiving the diploma will be sent to diploma holders by emails. After the deadline for each wave, Department of Academic Affairs opens for handing over diplomas on:

To collect diploma, diploma holder needs to be presence in person at USTH and provide ID (for checking) and one copy of ID (for filing)
USTH will hand over the Diploma to Diploma holders only. Diploma holders must have a power of attorney to another person as prescribed by Law when not being able to receive the diplomas directly. To collect the diploma on behalf of Diploma holder, the authorized person needs to provide:
- A valid personal power of attorney (authenticated by the Notary Public office or a competent agency and with sufficient personal information and ID numbers of the authorizer and the authorized person)
- Authorized copy of ID of Diploma holder and authorized person.
- Authorized person’s ID (for checking).

3. Diploma attestation letter
