The Master of Science in International Air Transport Operations Management (IATOM) is designed, delivered, and awarded by the École nationale de l’aviation civile – French Civil Aviation University (ENAC), one of Europe’s leading civil aviation training institutions. University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) is ENAC’s exclusive Southeast Asian partner, collaborating in student recruitment and program delivery for the IATOM Master’s Program.

The IATOM Master’s Program is an international training program designed, implemented, and awarded by the École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC). As a leading public university in France and Europe in civil aviation training, ENAC offers high-standard programs that are widely recognized by airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and international aviation organizations worldwide.
USTH is ENAC’s exclusive Southeast Asian partner in the recruitment and joint training of the IATOM Master’s Program. The partnership highlights USTH’s role in connecting students in the region with one of the world’s most advanced aviation training programs.
The program involves two years of full-time study, consisting of one semester at USTH (Vietnam), two semesters at ENAC (France), and one semester dedicated to an internship or a Master’s thesis. Students will receive in-depth professional training and gain access to advanced management methods applied in the industry. They can choose between two specialized tracks:
- Certification, airworthiness, and safety.
- Economics, strategy, and aircraft environment.
The program provides advanced knowledge in aeronautical engineering, project management, and aircraft operations. 4. Admission Requirements:
4.1. Entry requirement:
Applicants to this master’s program must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanics, mathematics, physics, mechatronics, physics or equivalent.
