• 2014: Tiến sĩ Sinh học – INRS – Đại học Quebec in Montreal, CANADA.
• 2015-2016: Thực tập sau Tiến sĩ – NFRI -Tsukuba – Ibaraki – JAPAN.

Hướng nghiên cứu

• Nghiên cứu tuyển chọn những chủng vi khuẩn có lợi Lactobacillus, Bacillus, Saccharomyces… sử dụng làm probiotics giúp hỗ trợ điều trị những bệnh lý do rối loạn chuyển hóa, bệnh lý không lây nhiễm trên người như Tiểu đường, Cao mỡ máu, Đại tràng, Rối loạn Trầm cảm, lo âu…
• Nghiên cứu tách chiết những hợp chất có hoạt tính từ thảo dược giúp hỗ trợ điều trị bệnh Tiểu đường, Hô hấp, Gan, Tiêu hóa, Rối loạn Tiền đình….
• Nghiên cứu phát triển Thực phẩm bảo vệ sức khỏe giúp hỗ trợ, điều trị bệnh rối loạn chuyển hóa, bệnh không lây nhiễm trên người.
