Hướng nghiên cứu
Vật liệu cho năng lượng: Mô hình hoá và mô phỏng vật liệu ứng dụng trong lĩnh vực điện tử và năng lượng. Cụ thể, xây dựng và phát triển các kỹ thuật tính toán mô phỏng cho tính chất điện tử và phonon (lượng tử của dao động mạng tinh thể) của các cấu trúc graphene và vật liệu hai chiều (có cấu trúc mạng tinh thể tương tự graphene). Xem xét khả năng truyền dẫn điện và nhiệt-điện của các linh kiện thực dựa trên những loại vật liệu này.
