Hướng nghiên cứu
Trong 5 năm trở lại đây, tôi quan tâm đến việc nghiên cứu các hoạt tính sinh học tiềm năng của các sản phẩm tự nhiên và cây dược liệu. Cụ thể, tôi tập trung vào nghiên cứu hoạt tính chống oxy hóa, chống tiểu đường, chống kết tập tiểu cầu và chống đông máu của các chiết xuất thực vật và các chất chuyển hóa thứ cấp của chúng. Tôi cũng làm việc với nhiều phương pháp phân tích hiện đại như LC-MS, GC-MS và quang phổ UV-Vis.
