Research interests
- Investigate the association between the human gut microbiome and diseases, dietary supplements, and lifestyle factors, with a particular focus on metabolic disorders and colorectal cancer, using 16S rRNA gene sequencing and shotgun metagenomic sequencing.
- Conduct whole-genome sequencing analysis and perform comparative genomics of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.
