USTH announces credit-based tuition fees for Block 3, Academic Year 2025–2026.
Payment period: 23 January to 05 February 2026.
1. Applicable students
Students who have successfully registered for courses offered in Block 3 of the Academic Year 2025–2026 (AY 2025–2026) on the ERP system, including:
- B1 students (AY 2025–2026) of all training programs;
- B0 students (AY 2025–2026) who have been recognized as having completed the English pathway program;
- Students from previous cohorts currently studying at the University who register to retake or improve grades for B1 courses.
2. Credit-based tuition fees for Block 3 (AY 2025–2026)
(In accordance with Decision No. 563/QĐ-ĐHKHCN dated 01 July 2025)

3. Payment period
- From 23 January 2026 to 05 February 2026
- Students who fail to complete tuition payment by the deadline will not be allowed to attend the registered Block 3 courses.
4. Payment method
Tuition fees shall be paid via bank transfer using the QR code displayed on the ERP system.
Payment steps:
- Log in to ERP: https://erp.usth.edu.vn/students
- Select Tuition, review the invoice
- Verify registered credits and payable amount
- Scan the QR code to complete payment
Payment is considered successful when the invoice status changes to “Paid”.
5. Student support
Students are advised to keep the payment confirmation for reference.
