On December 9, 2009, the Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Decision No. 2067/QĐ-TTg, officially establishing the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) under the intergovernmental agreement between Vietnam and France.
Over the past 15 years, USTH has grown and evolved significantly thanks to the unwavering support of the Vietnamese Government, the French Government, the French Embassy in Vietnam, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, and the USTH Consortium of over 30 French universities and research institutes. USTH has obtained many important achievements in training and research, establishing its position within both the Vietnamese and international educational systems.
To mark this milestone, USTH is delighted to announce the 15th Anniversary Celebration, which will take place as follows:

This celebration is a meaningful occasion for generations of lecturers, staff, students, and partners to reflect on the university’s accomplishments and reaffirm our commitment to further strengthen the university’s future. It is also an opportunity for USTH to express heartfelt gratitude to the organizations, groups, and individuals whose dedication and support have been significant in shaping the university’s success.
