The University of Science and Technology of Hanoi would like to announce Decision No.177/QĐ-ĐHKHCNHN dated March 12th, 2026 on issuing scholarship regulations for USTH students.
This regulation applies to students of Vietnamese nationality (Vietnamese students) and foreign nationality (international students) enrolled in the University’s formal education programs.
Note: International students participating in exchange or internship programs based on Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) or Cooperation Agreements signed between the University and its partners (hereinafter collectively referred to as “exchange students”) shall not be subject to this Regulation.
USTH offers twelve (12) categories of scholarships, as follows:
- Talent Scholarship (Talent)
- Shaping the Future Initiative Scholarship (SFI)
- Merit Scholarship (MS)
- Internship Scholarship (IS)
- Double Degree Scholarship (DDS)
- Opportunities Scholarship (OS)
- Pathway to Success Scholarship (PS)
- Capacity Building Scholarship (CS)
- Seed of Talent Scholarship (SOT)
- Access Scholarship (AS)
- Support Scholarship (SS)
- Science Nurturing Scholarship (SN)
Detailed provisions concerning eligibility criteria, applicable conditions, and scholarship values are set out in Articles 5 through 10 of this Regulation.
