With the goal of maximizing opportunities for academic and research development for students and lecturers, the Department of Space and Applications is constantly building and tightening cooperative relationships with prestigious domestic and foreign partners.
According to the cooperation agreements, in terms of teaching, the Department of Space and Applications has been receiving lecturers and researchers from foreign partners to Vietnam to teach undergraduate and master students (hereinafter collectively called students). Therefore, the training content is built to achieve high consistency between the Vietnamese and French programs, updated closely with international changes.
In addition, increasing internship and research opportunities abroad for students is identified by the Department as one of the important goals to support students. 1. USTH Consortium for Development (USTH Consortium)
USTH Consortium gathers 30 French universities and research institutes. This alliance was established with the aim of supporting the development of the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH). The goal of the USTH Consortium is to stand side by side with USTH in its mission to train future lecturers and researchers in Vietnam, thereby developing Vietnam’s science and economy.
Therefore, right from its creation, the Department of Space and Applications has paid great attention to tightening good cooperation relationships with foreign partners from USTH Consortium. Besides the major partner which is USTH Consortium, the Department of Space and Applications also has a strategy to promote and sign cooperation agreements with many other prestigious institutions in the world such as the Korea Astronomy and Space Science and CLS (College Localisation Satellites group).
