Welcome to the Xungkich Youth Union – a unit under the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH).
The USTH Xungkich Youth Union serves as a core force in volunteer work, student movements, and university events. With the spirit of proactiveness, dynamism, and responsibility, the team plays a key role in supporting organization, coordination, and ensuring the success of various activities across the university.
Beyond its supporting role, the Union provides a valuable environment for students to develop skills, gain practical experience, and engage with the community through meaningful initiatives.
Throughout its operation, the team carries out a wide range of activities, including:
- Organizing and participating in volunteer and community campaigns
- Supporting logistics, security, and coordination for university events
- Promoting student activities and communication efforts
- Connecting and expanding social and community engagement
Notable activities include participation in the “Green Summer Campaign”, support for blood donation programs, involvement in admissions and major ceremonies such as graduation and orientation, as well as contributing to large-scale university events. The team was also honored to support the welcoming ceremony of French President Emmanuel Macron and Vice President Võ Thị Ánh Xuân at USTH in May 2025.
In addition, the Union organizes internal bonding activities and collaborates with student clubs to foster a dynamic and supportive campus environment.
The Xungkich Youth Union is structured into four main teams: Logistics, Human Resources, Events, and Communications, each playing a distinct role while working closely together.
With a long-term vision, the Union aims to build an environment centered on:

- Support and motivation
- Collaboration and development
Through these values, members not only contribute to the community but also grow throughout their journey.
