University of Science and Technology of Hanoi announces the collection of tuition fees for Semester II of the Academic Year 2025–2026 for students enrolled in master’s programs. The payment period is from 23 January 2026 to 05 February 2026.
1. Tuition fee for Semester II (AY 2025–2026)
The tuition fee is VND 28,000,000 per semester.
The applicable tuition fee is stipulated in Decision No. 563/QĐ-ĐHKHCN dated 01 July 2025, issued by the Rector of the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi, regulating tuition fees for the Academic Year 2025–2026 for students, master’s students, and doctoral candidates admitted from 2023 onwards.
2. Payment period
From 23 January 2026 to 05 February 2026.
Students who fail to complete tuition payment by the deadline will not be allowed to attend courses in Semester II of the Academic Year 2025–2026.
3. Payment method
Students may pay tuition fees using one of the following methods:
- Bank transfer via QR code displayed on the University ERP system;
- Direct card payment via POS machine at the Department of Finance and Accounting (Room P101).
Students are advised to keep the payment confirmation for reference when necessary.
The University requires all students enrolled in master’s programs to strictly comply with this announcement.
