Accommodation for Vietnamese Students

Academic Year 2024–2025, the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) collaborates with the Accommodation Facility of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) to provide housing support for students and trainees.

Detailed information is provided below:

Location	Located within the campus of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology Approximately 50 meters from USTH
Area	33 m² (shared room with private bathroom)
Facilities	Fully equipped with: Air conditioner Fan Wardrobe 03 single beds Study desks Bathroom (with hot water) Kitchen (separate area) Washing machine (separate area)
Rental Fee	Vietnamese students: ~ 900,000 VND/month (subject to change depending on actual conditions) Including: Room fee: 750,000 VND/month Service fees (cleaning, elevator, etc.): ~150,000 VND/month
Advantages / Disadvantages	Advantages: Good security, close to USTH, fully furnished rooms Disadvantages: Limited number of rooms and only available for first-year students

Alternative Option

Students may also independently apply for accommodation at My Dinh Dormitory – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. The University will assist in confirming necessary documents.

• Address: My Dinh Dormitory, Ham Nghi Street, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi
• Room type: 6 students per self-contained room, with/without air conditioning
• Limitations: About 4 km from USTH. As this dormitory serves multiple universities under Vietnam National University, availability depends on vacancy status
