The Master program in International Air Transport Operations Management is based on the curriculum of the National Civil Aviation University (ENAC). Graduates are ENAC qualified and have the skills to join multinational airlines such as Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways ...

According to the International Air Transport Association (IATA), between 2015 and 2035, Vietnam is among the top five markets with the highest growth of passenger traffic in the world, just next to China, India and Indonesia. Increasing demand for air travel has created more employment opportunities in the sector.

However, at the moment the aviation industry in Vietnam has just met 40% of human resources. USTH is one of the few universities providing human resources for this industry, helping domestic airlines  reduce expenses on expensive hiring of foreign workers.
